Terms & Conditions:
  1. Referral fee will only be awarded upon successful sign up of referred friend/family by 25 June 2020.
  2. Referral fees is only applicable to cord blood and cord lining banking service, excluding cord tissue and Metascreen.
  3. Referral fee will be rewarded to you within two months of successful sign-up.
  4. Referral fee is not allowed to be combined with any other promotion.
  5. This RAF promotion is not applicable to doctors, nurses and Stemlife employees.
  6. All RAF entries must be submitted through http://www.stemlife.com/en/refer-a-friend.
  7. This referral promotion is exclusively offered to existing StemLife clients with a valid and active account only.
  8. The Management reserves the right to revise or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
